Soumaya Pâtisse is a fine pastry maison crafting gourmet gift boxes that transform every occasion into a unique experience. Each creation is entirely artisanal, beautifully presented, and ready to delight.
Where do you craft your products?
Each of our creations is handmade in our workshop using carefully selected ingredients, guaranteeing both freshness and elegance.
Orders & Products
Can I create a personalized gift box?
Yes. Certain collections let you select the flavors or design a bespoke composition. Please see our “Personalized Creation” section or reach out to us directly for any special requests.
How many pieces does a gift box contain?
Our gift boxes are available in two formats: 12 or 24 pieces, depending on the collection you choose.
Delivery & Deadlines
How long does delivery take?

Do you offer international delivery?
For now, we only deliver within Canada. Expanding our services internationally is under consideration.
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
Yes. You can specify a desired date at checkout. We do our best to accommodate your request.
ORDER TRACKING
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order directly from your customer account.
I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
Check your tracking link and make sure the delivery address is correct. If there’s an issue, contact our customer service with your order number.
STORAGE AND ALLERGENS
How long can I store the products?
Our treats can be kept for 10 to 20 days depending on the flavors, at room temperature and away from heat and humidity.
Do your products contain allergens?
Yes. Our products may contain or have come into contact with: nuts, almonds, pistachios, eggs, milk, and gluten. We recommend that anyone with allergies carefully read the descriptions and contact us if in doubt.
PAYMENT & SECURITY
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as secure payments via Apple Pay and PayPal.
Is the payment secure?
es. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways, with SSL encryption to ensure the confidentiality of your data.
RETURNS AND CLAIMS
Can I return a gift box?
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on food products. However, if your gift box arrives damaged or if there is an error in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
What should I do if there’s a problem with my order?
Write to us at support@soumayapatisse.com with your order number and a photo of the product in question. We are committed to finding a quick and satisfactory solution.
